Will & Allison Van Wyngarden Expecting Baby In January |
Bass singer Will Van Wyngarden and his wife Allison have announced that
they are expecting a baby! This will be their first child and so far everything has gone very well with their pregnancy. Allison is doing great and has not
had to deal with the morning sickness that a lot of "expectant moms" endure.Allison went along with us on our trip back to Pella, IA back in June. During
our visit, Will & Allison broke their news to their parents. They had gone to great lengths to keep their secret until they could share the news in person.
Will asked his mom & dad what they thought about spending Christmas in
Kentucky. Bonnie said, "Well, I guess that would be okay." Then after a pause, with Will smiling broadly, she exclaimed "Are you telling me what I
think you're telling me!" Will just smiled and said yes, to everyone's great delight! Allison's parents, Marv & Rayma, learned the good news at the same time
Warren & Bonnie did. Bonnie's first question was to her good friend Rayma saying "Did you know about this?!" When Rayma confirmed it was also news
to her, we caught this picture. (Sorry Rayma, but Will said we had to put this on the website!) This will be Warren & Bonnie's first and Marv & Rayma's second grandchild. There were a lot of hugs to go around on that afternoon. Here is Bonnie
congratulating Allison upon hearing the good news. Here is the whole family gathered that day, Warren (Will's dad), Alex (Will's
youngest brother), Bonnie (Will's mom), Corey (Will's oldest brother), Will, Allison, Rayma (Allison's mom), and Marv (Allison's dad).
Will & Allison are eagerly anticipating their new arrival, as they make all of their preparations. The due date is January 13th. We will be sure to keep
