We began September with our first visit to the Blue Mountain Gospel Festival in Kempton, PA.  This event, promoted by Dick & Mary Carper of Garden Spot Promotions, is a wonderfully historic week-long event for southern gospel music.

This is a small portion of the crowd in Kempton...and this was on a day in which it steadily rained all day long!  Can you imagine what it is like when the weather is good!
